Was employed with JAGSON AIRLINES since 01 Jun 10. Submitted Notice for Resignation on 23 Feb 11. Company then stopped payment of Salaries. Then I submitted Resignation on 31 May 11 vide CAR, Sec-7, Series-X, Part-II, Para 3.4 & Para 3.5 (under intimation to DGCA). However, Company refuses to issue NOC & Form-16 for TDS. Also resorting to verbal threats of invoking DGCA pressure to ensure no Company hires me.
How will it be possible for us to take action against such high handedness and Blackmail resorted to by the Company.
Maybe a lesson for us all to choose our employer with care.
Infact GHPI could post a informal list of Blaclisted Companies and individuals could take due advise from GHPI before we take up a job with any company.
Remember “Unity is Strength”
The basic formation of GHPI was to combat such incidents and a helicopter proffessional is not left alone to struggle such unjustice. As long we are not strong enough we must bring out such incidents to fore and when we are strong, we will fight unitedly.
